Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using Transfy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

2. License Grant

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Transfy on up to 3 devices simultaneously (Pro users) or 1 device (Free users). You may not:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code.
• Redistribute the software without authorization.
• Use the software for any illegal activities.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Our payment processing is handled through Polar.sh. By purchasing a Pro license, you also agree to Polar.sh's terms.

• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or yearly basis and automatically renew at the end of each period unless canceled.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Polar.sh Customer Dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing cycle.
• Failed Payments: In the event of a failed payment, we reserve the right to suspend Pro features until the balance is paid.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

TRANFYS IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY OF TRANSLATIONS, AS THEY ARE GENERATED BY THIRD-PARTY ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE MODELS (VISION AI).

5. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL TRANSFY OR ITS DEVELOPERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the software constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with international digital commerce standards. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.
